This is an experimental Icarus-based bitstream for the Cairnsmore1, in two
versions:

makomk_icarus_cm1_140_test.bit: 140 MHash/s per FPGA. Start here.
makomk_icarus_cm1_150_test.bit: 150 MHash/s per FPGA. UNTESTED!

Please use a standard (non-Glasswalker2) bitstream on the controller and set
your DIP switches as follows:

SW1: all switches to left
SW6: switch 1 (the bottommost one) to the right, all others to left.

SW2 and SW5: all switches in top position

SW3 and SW4: switch 2 in bottom position, all other switches in top position.

Whilst loading the bittstream it may help if you move switch 3 on SW1 (second
from top) to the right temporarily. Don't forget to change it back before you
start mining.

You'll need to connect your miner to it as two seperate Icarus boards. I hear
getting miners to recognize the boards intially may be a bit unreliable and
that software other than mpbm may not work, though this may be fixed now.

Good luck! I'd suggest starting with the 140 MHash/s version.
